In an age of information overload, the ability to think clearly is becoming as essential as the ability to access information. What if artificial intelligence could help us slow down, question more deeply, and reason more responsibly?

You are warmly invited to Thinking Through the Noise: A Socratic Dialogue on Information Integrity, an open session bringing together professors, students, educators, innovators, designers, and citizens to explore how critical thinking, media literacy, and AI can help us navigate the growing complexity of the digital world.
Through live demonstrations, creative showcases, and open discussions, participants will examine how technology can support, not replace, human reasoning, and how AI can become a partner in reflection rather than a source of noise.
About the Dialogue
This event draws inspiration from TITAN, an EU-funded project that has developed an AI-based Citizen Coaching Ecosystem to foster critical thinking through personalized Socratic dialogue. Over the past three years, TITAN has blended ethics, design, and AI to help people think more clearly, question more deeply, and engage more responsibly online.
A special highlight of the session will be the award presentation for Critically Yours, TITAN’s international design challenge endorsed by Sapienza University of Rome and the Cumulus Association. This global competition invited students, graduates, and creative teams to design interactive experiences and short videos that make media literacy and critical thinking accessible to all. The winning projects will be presented live during the session.
